Mark Shalda

Mark Shalda is an experienced product management and technology professional with a strong background in both development and strategic leadership roles. Recent positions include Director of Product Management at Agero, Inc. and Twilio, where Mark defined product strategies for customer experience enhancements and low code/no code platforms. Prior experience encompasses leadership roles at Google, managing Vertex AI and Gemini products, and a significant tenure at Versive, focusing on machine learning platforms to address fraud and security challenges. Mark's career also includes foundational roles in application development and trading systems at Trading Technologies and Transmarket Group, respectively. Mark holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Currently, Mark serves on the board of the Emerson Waldorf School, contributing to its strategic planning and sustainability efforts.
