Mark Van Hollebeke

Mark Van Hollebeke joined Google's Technology & Society team in July 2023. Previously, they served at Microsoft in various roles, including Director of Privacy & Regulatory Affairs and Principal Ethics Strategist, where they focused on privacy governance and ethical design decision-making. Mark has also held academic positions as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Pacific Lutheran University and Seattle University, and as President of the Graduate Student Association at Fordham University. They earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Fordham University and a BA in Philosophy and History from Gonzaga University.
