Martin Duke is a Staff Software Engineer at Google, where they work on projects involving QUIC implementation and IETF standards. Previously, Martin served as a Level 4 Research Engineer at Boeing Research & Technology and led a team at F5 focused on TCP, HTTP, and HTTP/2 implementations. From 1997 to 2001, they were a Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army and have also held the role of Transport Area Director at the Internet Engineering Task Force. Martin is currently pursuing an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and a BS in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
