Mary G.

Mary G. is a senior manager in infrastructure reliability at Google, specializing in building and maintaining enterprise-quality infrastructure. They have extensive experience in managing larger teams and senior engineers while guiding teams through periods of change. Previously, Mary co-founded The Ada Initiative, a non-profit focused on promoting women in open source software, where they managed organizational budgets and several major projects. Their career includes influential roles at Google, Stripe, and CommSecure, where they developed and enhanced software solutions and established key engineering processes. Mary is currently pursuing multiple degrees, including a PhD in Computing and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) at Macquarie University, along with other degrees at the University of Sydney.
