Mary Lema

Mary Lema is currently the Lead People Partner at Google, focusing on Google Maps. Previously, they held various positions, including Senior Manager of Talent Management at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Managing Director at Teach For America. Earlier in their career, Mary worked at Lutron Electronics as a Product Marketing Manager and at Borders as a Corporate Marketing Specialist. They earned a Master's of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and are pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Eastern Michigan University.
