Matt Casler

Matt Casler is currently a Senior Manager of Product Strategy & Operations at Flex, guiding efforts in fintech with a focus on flexible bill payment solutions. Previously, they held roles at Google as an Associate Principal in BizOps, contributing to strategic initiatives centered on Generative AI. Matt began their career at Bain & Company, where they advanced from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant, gaining valuable consulting experience. In addition to their professional roles, they co-lead the Out for Undergrad Business Conference to support LGBTQ2+ undergraduate students. Matt graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Political Science from Northwestern University.
