Matt Lenhardt possesses extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in corporate law and intellectual property. With a Juris Doctor specializing in Intellectual Property Law from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Music Business from Hofstra University, Matt's career includes roles such as IP Intern/Patent Officer at Banpil Photonics, Law Clerk positions at Jacobson & Colfin and Lonich Patton Ehrlich Policastri, and a Judicial Externship with the U.S. District Court. As an Associate Attorney at Coddington Hicks & Danforth and later as Corporate Counsel followed by Senior Corporate Counsel at Barracuda, Matt has demonstrated proficiency in handling corporate legal matters. Currently serving as Commercial Counsel for Google Cloud's Chronicle Cybersecurity business, responsibilities involve leading legal integration projects and collaborating with various departments to align contracting approaches.
