Matt Lewis possesses extensive experience in technical and project management roles, beginning with service in the US Navy from 2003 to 2009 as a Nuclear Electrician, overseeing control room operations on an aircraft carrier. Following military service, Matt joined Google in 2013, where responsibilities included organizing infrastructure repairs and emergency response as a Facilities Technician. Progressing to Construction Project Manager, Matt managed approximately 75 capital projects at a major data center campus and oversaw a significant electrical infrastructure expansion. As a Technical Program Manager, Matt handled regional construction projects with a budget of $680 million, supervising a team of 5 full-time employees and 389 contractors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from UC Santa Barbara, a Project Management Certificate from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and training in Nuclear Engineering from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
