Matt Sugihara is an experienced design professional with a background in user experience and interaction design. Starting as a Staff Research Associate at the University of California at San Diego in 2009, Matt later served as Build Master at Kalloc Studios in 2010. From February 2011 to January 2015, Matt held the position of Senior Interaction Designer at Fluid, where leadership in creating engaging online experiences was a key responsibility. Most recently, Matt worked at Google from January 2016 to August 2022, fulfilling roles as both UX Designer and UX Manager. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Human Computer Interaction from the University of California, San Diego, completed in 2009.
