Matthew Disare

Matthew Disare is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and contract management. At Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, Matthew served as a Litigation Paralegal, supporting the SIPA liquidation of Lehman Brothers, Inc. by managing claims processes, coordinating with financial auditors, and preparing reports for Bankruptcy Court. Matthew later joined Google, where roles included Contracts Manager and Senior Contracts Manager, focusing on drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements to support Google's Ads business in EMEA. Matthew has a comprehensive educational background, holding a Legal Practice Course with Distinction from BPP Law School and degrees in International Relations and French from Boston University, as well as a Master's in Government from Georgetown University.
