Matthew Gardner

Matthew Gardner has extensive legal experience, having served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in both the Southern District of California (2004-2006) and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia (2012-2015). Following this, Matthew worked at Wiley Rein LLP from 2015 until December 2021 as an attorney and briefly in private practice (2006-2008). Prior to entering law, Matthew was the New Hampshire Press Secretary for Governor Howard Dean's Presidential Campaign (2003-2004). Currently, since January 2022, Matthew is employed as Security Counsel at Google. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Maryland and a Doctor of Law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
