Matthew King is an experienced transactional lawyer with a strong background in technology and entertainment law. Between October 2007 and July 2014, Matthew served as a Technology Transactions Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP, representing diverse global clients on intellectual property and transactional matters. Prior to that, Matthew worked as a Licensing Manager at Ultra Records from October 2001 to May 2004.
