Mavis Rong has extensive experience in packaging, product development, and strategic management across leading global companies. At Procter & Gamble, Mavis served as a Packaging & Product Development Researcher and later as a Sr Packaging and Product Development Researcher, successfully leading product launch initiatives for brands such as Pantene and Head & Shoulders. Following this, Mavis worked as a Global Strategist at Samsung GSG, managing corporate strategy initiatives, and as a Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, addressing complex business challenges in sectors including consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. Recently, Mavis held roles at Google focused on YouTube Marketing strategy and operations. Mavis holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
