Max Lobanov

Max Lobanov possesses extensive experience in translation, localization, and project management, primarily within the IT and technology sectors. Max worked as a Manager and Interpreter at WeltReisen before serving as Lead Translator and Interpreter at CBOSS Corporation, where responsibilities included managing teams, developing methodologies for translators, and delivering complex translation projects. From 2011 to 2016, Max held various Localization Manager roles at Google, focusing on Russia, Eastern Europe, EMEA, and APAC, successfully localizing major products and improving localization processes across numerous languages. Max also played a key role in defining the Russian voice and tone for Google and ensuring the quality of Russian localization. Max's education includes a degree from the Moscow International Higher Business School Mirbis, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
