Maxim Tabachnyk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership. Beginning with a PhD in Physics from the University of Cambridge, Maxim served as a Research Assistant at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich before joining McKinsey & Company as a Fellow Intern. Maxim's career progressed through various roles at Google, where responsibilities included Tech Lead & Manager for AI applications and large language models, overseeing teams of up to 40 people. In addition, Maxim worked at X, the moonshot factory as a Senior Software Engineer and contributed to innovative coding tools and machine learning initiatives.
