Maxime Laboy

Maxime Laboy has extensive experience in digital learning and instructional design, spanning over two decades in various prominent organizations. From 1996 to 2013, Maxime served as the Director of Digital Learning at the New York Institute of Finance, leading the development and delivery of online courses for professional continuing education. Following this role, Maxime worked as the Manager of eLearning at Saks Fifth Avenue and Hudson's Bay Company from 2014 to 2016, overseeing course production and Learning Management System administration. A contract position at Artech Information Systems provided the opportunity to design instructional content for Google before transitioning to a Senior Learning Design Specialist at Google in June 2018, focusing on high-quality learning experiences. Additional contract roles included instructional design work with S&P Global Ratings and the Global Financial Markets Institute. Maxime holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Video Production and Management from the City University of New York-Brooklyn College, graduating magna cum laude, and has professional certifications from the New York Institute of Finance.
