Meg Crosby

Meg Crosby is an experienced talent strategy consultant and recruiting leader with over 20 years in the field. As the Principal Owner of Top Talent Project since January 2023, Meg focuses on assisting candidates in securing desired positions. Prior to this, Meg held various significant roles at Google from July 2005 to May 2021, including Recruiting Leader, where oversight of global hiring for engineering roles was a primary responsibility, and Senior Program Manager for the Privacy Safety & Security engineering organization. Early career experience includes serving as Campaign Coordinator at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Senior Recruiter at Gap Inc., where Meg was instrumental in hiring across multiple corporate functions. Meg holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Maryland, earned in 1994.
