Megan Reed, PhD, is a mixed methods researcher with over 10 years of experience in both quantitative and qualitative research. Currently a Staff UX Researcher at Google, they have previously held roles including User Experience Researcher and Senior UX Researcher at the same company, as well as a UX Researcher at Red Bull Media House. Megan has also worked as a Consumer Insights Intern at Dollar Shave Club and served as a Research Analyst at Cortex Science. Their academic background includes a PhD and an M.A. in Psychological and Brain Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a B.A. in Psychology and Art History from the University of California, Davis.
