Meghan Williams

Meghan Williams is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in engineering and quality management. Currently serving as a Director at Google since May 2025, Meghan previously held the position of Vice President of CSG Quality & Serviceability Engineering at Dell Technologies from March 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included leading a global team of over 325 engineers to enhance product quality and customer experience. Before this, Meghan served as Vice President of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Dell, overseeing product quality efforts for Client Solution Products. Prior experience includes roles at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, starting as a Process Engineer and culminating as Senior Manager-CMP, leading a department of over 140 employees and managing significant operational transformations. Meghan holds an Executive Education Certificate in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
