Mehak Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and program management. Mehak began a career as an SVT Engineer at Sonus from July 2012 to March 2014, and gained diverse experience at Vodafone as a Summer Intern, Management Trainee, and later as DM in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Achievements include enhancing e-Learning penetration and developing key talent programs. Currently, Mehak serves as a Program Manager at Google since August 2022, following roles as a Talent and Outreach Programs Specialist from January 2019 to August 2022. Mehak holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology and an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
