Melanie Silva

Melanie Silva currently serves as the Managing Director and VP of Google Australia and New Zealand, where they focus on upholding Google’s mission for users and the community. Since joining Google in 2007, they have held several senior roles across Australia and APAC, including leading the Go to Market Strategy & Operations team. Melanie has also worked in senior product and marketing positions in the Financial Services sector with organizations such as Citibank and AMP. They are a board member of the Business Council of Australia and a trustee of the Sydney Opera House, actively advocating for Reconciliation and diversity within the industry.
