Melissa Nikolic is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in digital advertising and monetization strategies. At Google, from March 2019 to January 2024, Melissa served as the Director of Product Management for YouTube Ads, overseeing initiatives related to monetization and advertising experiences, including GenAI creatives and Shorts Ads. Additionally, Melissa co-chaired the Women PM program, leading efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
