Melissa Rubes is an experienced researcher and educator with a strong background in user experience research, developmental psychology, and project management. At Little Airplane Productions, Inc., Melissa led focus group interviews with children for an animated preschool series. Experience at Chegg Inc. and Google, where Melissa worked as a Senior User Experience Researcher, involved leading user research for writing tools and mobile applications, respectively.
