Melissa Rubes

Melissa Rubes is an experienced researcher and educator with a strong background in user experience research, developmental psychology, and project management. At Little Airplane Productions, Inc., Melissa led focus group interviews with children for an animated preschool series. Experience at Chegg Inc. and Google, where Melissa worked as a Senior User Experience Researcher, involved leading user research for writing tools and mobile applications, respectively. As a Research Coordinator at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Melissa managed data collection for multi-site studies and trained undergraduate research assistants. Additionally, Melissa served as a Lecturer in Biopsychology at Fordham University, developing syllabi and lectures for students. Melissa holds a PhD and Master's degree in Applied Developmental Psychology from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
