Meng Wei

Meng Wei is a skilled machine learning engineer with extensive experience in software development and data analysis. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Master's degree in Computational Data Science and a Bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Meng has held roles at UC Davis as a Developer, Microsoft as a Software Engineer and Software Engineer Intern, and currently at Google since March 2019. At UC Davis, Meng developed Python programs for FMCW radar analysis and designed a low-cost portable radar system. At Microsoft, Meng worked on click prediction for Bing Ads, managing machine learning models and developing a model selection system. In the current role at Google, Meng leads efforts in optimizing data quality for IndexBrain, focusing on enhancing user experience while conserving resources.
