Meng Xiao, P.E. is a seasoned transportation engineering professional with a diverse background in highway engineering and software development. Beginning as a Highway Engineer at SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. from June 2014 to May 2017, Meng was responsible for preparing and reviewing roadway plans and applying InRoads for design modeling in compliance with Federal and PennDOT standards.
