Meredith Louis

Meredith Louis has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in technology transactions. Meredith began as a Summer Associate at White & Case LLP in May 2010 and later became an Associate in the Sourcing & Technology Transactions Group. From September 2014 to April 2017, Meredith served as an Associate in the Technology Transactions Group at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Prior to this legal career, Meredith worked at John Hardy from 2004 to 2008, holding positions such as Director of Merchandising, Training, and PR, and previously as Merchandising Manager and Showroom Manager. Additional legal experience includes a Summer Associate role at Schiff Hardin LLP in 2009. Most recently, Meredith held the positions of Senior Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Google in April 2024. Meredith holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
