Mia Suh, Ph.D., has extensive experience in user experience research and academia. Starting as an Associate Sales Representative at Hanjin Shipping from January 2009 to March 2011, Mia transitioned to academia as a Teaching Assistant at Seoul National University from September 2011 to June 2013. Mia then held various research and teaching roles at the University of Washington, including positions as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant from September 2015 to April 2020, while also serving as a Research Intern at Oath and HP in 2017 and 2016, respectively. Mia further developed expertise as a User Experience Researcher at Google from April 2020 to September 2023 and currently serves as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Google since November 2023. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from Seoul National University, followed by a Ph.D. from the University of Washington.
