Micha Segeritz is a seasoned data analyst and quantitative UX researcher with extensive experience in educational research and data management. Micha's career includes roles at New York University as a Data Analyst, and at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development as a Lead Technical Analyst and Data Manager. Micha also served as a Research Assistant at The Urban Institute and as a Consultant for the Bertelsmann Foundation. In the tech industry, Micha has held various positions at Google, including Sr. Quant UX Researcher for the Identity team and the Privacy & Data Protection Office, progressing to Sr. Staff Quant UXR since April 2023. Micha earned a Ph.D. in Educational Research from Freie Universität Berlin, as well as an MA in Applied Statistics from Columbia University, alongside a Bachelor's and Master's in Educational Science from Freie Universität Berlin.
