Michael Ascharsobi

Michael Ascharsobi is currently a Security Technical Program Manager at Google, where they evaluate support workflows and implement improvements for better usability and efficiency. They have previously held roles including Senior Technical Program Manager and Senior Strategist, contributing to the development of support tools and systems. Prior to joining Google, Michael was a Customer Support Engineer at Cisco, where they assisted customers with security technologies and received the TS-star award shortly after starting. Michael also served as a Casual Academic at the University of Technology Sydney, teaching various subjects related to networking and programming. They hold a Master of Science in Internetworking from the University of Technology Sydney.
