Michael Chi

Michael Chi is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud solutions and technical management across notable companies. At Trend Micro, Michael served as a Technical Manager, leading internal BPM projects, while at Microsoft, a Consultant role focused on middleware systems such as BizTalk. As a Customer Engineer at Google, expertise was applied in infrastructure modernization, assisting clients with workload migrations to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Currently, as a Cloud Solution Architect J/APAC, Michael collaborates with customers to address their challenges and develop technical resources. Previous roles include Technical Manager at 精誠資訊, where Michael led a development team for banking systems, and positions as Technical Evangelist and Support Engineer at 微軟公司, enhancing adoption of Microsoft Azure in China and Taiwan. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Soochow University.
