Michael Gilmour

Michael Gilmour is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and account strategy. Gilmour began as an Industrial Operations Intern at Paramount Machining Solutions, where responsibilities included creating work instructions and managing documentation systems. At the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, Gilmour led a team in developing a proposal for a new branch.
