Michael Kim

Michael Kim has a diverse professional background in law enforcement and cybersecurity, beginning as a Deputy Sheriff at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department from February 2014 to October 2015, followed by a tenure as a Police Officer with the Irvine Police Department until March 2021. Transitioning into cybersecurity, Michael served as a Cyber Security Analyst at Evolve Security Academy and later as a Cyber Security Consultant in early 2021. From January 2022 to July 2023, Michael held positions at Veracode, culminating as a Strategic Customer Success Manager in Application Security. Currently, Michael is employed at Google as a Customer Success Manager for both Google Public Sector and Google Cloud Security, while also serving as a Cybersecurity Instructional Specialist at 2U.
