Michael Ko

Michael Ko, MS, CISSP is a Technical Program Manager at Google since 2023, bringing extensive experience in information security management. Previously, they served as a Senior Information Systems Security Manager at Ridgeline International, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, where they developed cybersecurity governance strategies and oversaw risk assessments. Prior to that, Michael held various roles at CACI International Inc from 2008 to 2015, including Team Lead and Lead Information Security Specialist, managing cybersecurity teams and conducting risk assessments. Their career includes significant contributions at BAE Systems, Inc. as a Senior Information Security Specialist from 2017 to 2020, and they previously worked at CACI Products Company as an Information Systems Security Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Michael is pursuing a Master’s in IT / Information Assurance at the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems at James Madison University.
