Michael Shao

Michael Shao has extensive experience in product quality and engineering management, having worked at prominent companies including Google, Apple, Dell Computer, and Siemens. With a career spanning several decades, Michael began as a Test/Product Engineering Manager at Motorola and advanced through roles such as NPI Manager at Siemens, Senior Development Engineering Manager, and Senior Supplier Quality Manager at Dell. Michael's roles at Apple included New Product Operations Manager, and at Google, the positions have included Product Quality Program Manager and Senior Manager, Product Quality Engineering for Nest. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tianjin Polytechnic University, completed in 1990.
