Michael Wolk

Michael Wolk is currently a Product Counsel at Google, where they contribute their expertise in technology and legal matters. They previously served as Senior Corporate Counsel at AppDirect and Corporate Counsel at Amazon Lab126, accumulating extensive experience in corporate law. Before these roles, Michael worked as an Associate in the Technology Transactions Group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. They hold a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in Computer Science with a minor in Economics from Colby College.
