Michelle Chang

Michelle Chang is a Program Manager in Energy and Carbon Technologies at Google, where they focus on energy and carbon solutions aimed at achieving 24/7 carbon-free energy and Net Zero goals. Previously, Michelle served as an Energy Strategic Negotiator at Google and worked in investment banking at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., and Greentech Capital Advisors. They also held a teaching fellowship in Environmental Science and Public Policy at Harvard University. Michelle is pursuing a Master in Public Policy with a focus on Energy at Harvard Kennedy School, alongside degrees in Human Social and Political Science from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. in Social Studies with a focus on Energy & Environment from Harvard University.
