Michelle Costa

Michelle Costa is a strategy and operations leader currently working at Google.org, where they focus on strategy and operations for EMEA and Stronger Communities. Previously, Michelle served as a Campus Campaign Manager for Teach for America and held various roles at the NYC Department of Education, including Senior Research Associate and Chief of Staff. They are committed to improving the lives of others through user-centered design, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication. Michelle is pursuing multiple degrees, including an MST in Secondary Mathematics Education from Pace University, an MPA in Public Policy Analysis from New York University, and a B.S. in Economics and International Affairs from The George Washington University.
