Michelle Mao

Michelle Mao, CPA, is a Senior Manager of Transfer Pricing at Google, specializing in advising multinational companies on transfer pricing matters for over eight years. They have extensive experience in projects across diverse sectors, including semiconductors and pharmaceuticals, and have expertise in global transfer pricing planning, audit support, and advance pricing agreements. Michelle previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as both a Transfer Pricing Associate and Manager, as well as at LinkedIn as a Tax/Transfer Pricing Manager. They hold a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from the University of California, Irvine, and are a licensed CPA in California.
