Previously, Michelle held key roles at prominent organizations, including Google, where they served as the APAC Employee Benefits Lead and Lead, PX Excellence - Global Process Owner (Benefits). Their educational background includes completing the Global HR Leaders Program at NUS Business School Executive Education and obtaining an ACCA in Accountancy.
