Mike Casale

Mike Casale is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and process improvement. Beginning a career in finance as a College Intern and Sales Agent at Northwestern Mutual, Mike progressed to various analytical roles at prestigious companies, including IBM and MTV Networks. Significant achievements include reducing General Ledger errors at IBM and developing a $70MM expense budget for GE Capital. Mike's recent roles at Google focus on FP&A workstreams and integration efforts for Sidewalk Labs, alongside leadership positions at Bridgewater Associates and JPMorgan Chase, where Mike enhanced forecasting accuracy and financial reporting processes. Mike holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Business Finance from Marist College.
