Mike Maelzer

Mike Maelzer is a Senior Engineering Manager at Google, where they focus on engineering leadership and user interface design. They previously held roles as a Staff Software Engineer and a Tech Lead Manager at Google, contributing to Cloud Commerce and other projects. Prior to joining Google, Mike led a team at 3VR and served as a Lead Engineer at Avocado Software, Inc., which was acquired by SocialCode. Mike's experience also includes impactful work as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Uganda, where they designed a data analysis tool for USAID and initiated community projects. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
