Mike Stewart is currently serving as Regulatory & Litigation Counsel at Google, a position held since 2024. Previously, Mike worked as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice from 2021 to 2024 and held the role of Lead Counsel, Regulatory at Facebook from 2019 to 2021. Mike began their legal career as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Diane P. Wood at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in 2013 and continued as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Alison J. Nathan at the Southern District of New York from 2014 to 2015. Before pursuing a legal career, Mike was a Reading/Social Studies Teacher at District of Columbia Public Schools from 2008 to 2010 and earned a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School in 2013 after completing a BA in English and Government at Georgetown University in 2008.
