Miles Johnson is a seasoned marketing leader with over 14 years at Google, where they currently serve as the Director of Googler Engagement Architecture. A graduate of Harvard University with a BA in Social Studies and Portuguese, Miles has spearheaded numerous initiatives focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, notably evolving Google's DEI efforts into a comprehensive program centered on belonging. They lead a cross-functional team that creates impactful marketing strategies and tools, including the All In inclusive marketing toolkit. Prior to their current role, Miles held positions in product marketing and brand strategy, contributing significantly to areas such as sustainability and inclusive practices within the advertising industry. Living in New York City and originally from Oakland, CA, Miles enjoys connecting with people and ideas through writing and their love of plants and reading.
