Mimi Ferrer

Mimi Ferrer has extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in leadership roles focused on gender equality and technical solutions. From January 2020 to January 2021, Mimi served as the Managing Director for Girls in Tech, Inc. in Mexico, advocating for increased participation of women in high-tech industries. Prior to this role, Mimi held various positions at Cisco from 2018 to 2020, including Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) LATAM Lead and Global Lead, emphasizing efforts to reduce the gender gap in STEAM fields. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Support professional at Alcatel-Lucent and Systems Support Analyst at CompuCom early in the career.
