Mina A. is the Founder and CEO of Genee, where they empower mid-career women to achieve clarity, confidence, and control in their professional and personal lives through personalized coaching. With a background in compensation consulting at companies such as Revlon Inc. and Vanguard, Mina has developed a strong foundation in Total Rewards strategy. They co-founded the MBA League Pass podcast to provide insights into the business school experience. Currently, Mina is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management while also studying for a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Drexel University.
