Ming Cai has extensive experience in engineering and management within the technology sector, particularly in reliability and quality assurance for hardware products. Beginning a career at Seagate Technology, Ming served as an Engineer of Design Quality/Reliability before progressing to roles as Manager of Factory Reliability and Senior Manager of Customer Experience Engineering, where responsibilities included leading test development teams and reliability lab operations across multiple regions. Following a tenure at 希捷科技有限公司 as Senior Engineering Manager for Asia SSD & Cloud Systems Reliability and later as Engineering Director for Cloud Systems Factory Quality, Ming currently holds the position of SQE Manager at Google Cloud, starting in May 2024. Ming holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, completed between 1999 and 2006.
