Mireya Semelas

Mireya Semelas, PMP®, is a Program and Change Management leader with over 20 years of experience specializing in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. They have held various roles at Google, including Program Manager for Operations and Strategy, where they developed strategies that significantly improved workflows and drove data-driven decisions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mireya's experience also includes serving as Chief of Staff for Southern Europe Operations at John Wiley and Sons, where they successfully established the company’s first office in Spain and doubled the team size. Currently, they are pursuing further education at the Project Management Institute.
