Misha Aima has extensive experience in human resources, beginning with a role as Lead Talent Management at Tata Teleservices Ltd from April 2008 to November 2009, where contributions included launching services in Jammu & Kashmir and working across key HR verticals such as Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement. Misha also served as an HR Generalist after being campus recruited from an MBA program, gaining valuable insights into HR operations for a 350+ employee organization.
