Mohit Chamania has a robust academic and professional background in engineering and computer networks. Mohit obtained a combined BTech and MTech degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 2002 to 2007 and later pursued a PhD in Computer Networks at Technische Universität Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig, completing the program in 2013. Mohit began a career as a Research Assistant at IIT Bombay before taking on a Researcher role at TU Braunschweig from 2008 to 2013. This experience was followed by a position as an R&D Engineer Software at ADVA Optical Networking from 2014 to 2020. Since June 2020, Mohit has been serving as a Site Reliability Engineer at Google.
