Molly Graton

Molly Graton is a Software Engineer at Google since July 2023, following multiple internships within the company that began in May 2020. As a co-founder of GirlCon Chicago, Molly played a key role in developing an annual technology conference aimed at promoting diversity in STEM for over 250 middle and high school students. Prior experience includes web development for Golden Age Cinemas, managing operations at Liberty 1&2 Theaters, and conducting research on gravitational waves at Northwestern University. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a strong foundation from Libertyville High School.
